**Patient Group Engagement Lead role:**
- Educate and empower patient advocacy groups to enable patients to access medicines and ensure that the voice of the patient is heard and acted upon as business grows and progresses.
- Seeking and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with patient advocacy groups, in compliance with industry codes.
- A passion to listen to the patient voice, and act as the internal champion to incorporate these insights into the businesses activities across its products and services where the patient is considered a stakeholder.
- Project manage Patient Advocacy projects aimed at improving early access, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders for smooth implementation of projects.
- Attending, representing and presenting at global conferences and events aimed at increasing awareness of early access.
- Manage the budget for the function and regularly report to the business on performance vs KPIs.
- Remote working available.
**Patient Group Engagement Lead requirements**:

- Patient Advocacy experience at an international level, gained from a patient advocacy group, Pharma Company, Patient Engagement, Medical Science Liaison or another relevant role preferred.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and industry compliance guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills including proven ability to create content and deliver presentations to large groups.
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail,
- Experience with Veeva PromoMats and Sharepoint desirable.
- Existing network of patient advocacy groups desirable.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role, including domestically within the UK, across Europe and occasional long haul trips.
