Ballyprint are looking for a full time **Customer Service Adviser **to join our team.

**The Company**

Ballyprint has been providing high quality design and print for a huge variety of customers since 2009. Now based in custom premises in Ballymena, our continuing and ambitious programme of investment in new technology and equipment means that we have become the leading provider in the area for digital and traditional print. With a huge range of processes in house, our staff are highly experienced specialists, trained in design, print and finishing to the highest standards. **We became the first company in Northern Ireland** to acquire the amazing Xerox Iridesse 6 colour digital press, allowing us to provide stunning digital metallic, white and clear print finishes. Our other equipment includes two Roland large format inkjet printers, an HP Scitex flatbed large format printer, a Presstek DI Offset Litho print press, laminating, cutting, creasing and booklet making equipment, die cutting and foiling platten machines, a laser cutter, flatbed digital cutting table - and there’s more to come You will be joining an expanding and fast moving company that is always looking ahead to the next challenge

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers ensuring client needs are met and achieved
- Managing client quotes and jobs, ensuring client is communicated with throughout print projects
- Point of contact on client accounts
- Develop and maintain design and print clients
- Work closely with design and production departments to ensure client receives desired product and on time

**Skills**:

- 2-3 year’s sales experience with proven ability to work to target and to deadline. _Print sales experience preferred but applicants outside of the industry with proven sales talent and strong people skills will be considered_
- Project Management experience / Knowledge and experience of CRM systems
- Effective communication skills at all levels with a collaborative approach to achieving success.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
