**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing reports, preparing forms and cover letters, as well as maintaining filing systems.
- Support various cases as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to formulate professional correspondence to clients and partner conveyancing solicitors.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall office efficiency.
- Excellent time management abilities, the capacity to manage your own workload, the ability to prioritise tasks, and understand what needs to be actioned urgently.

**Experience**:

- **Preferred**_
- Previous experience using the HM Land Registry website portal and Digital Registration Service.
- Previous experience with Land Registry related work, such as Severances, Notices of Severance, Transfers of Title and Declarations of Trust, including using HMLR forms such as SEV and TR1.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, showcasing strong organisational skills as well as knowledge and attention to detail.
- **Required**_
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike.
- Proficiency in using office software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Strong analytical abilities and levels of attention to detail, to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
