**The role**
Based in Bristol you will be part of the CEO office team and directly support the CEO’s productivity and his focus on growth and innovation that helps to accelerate achieving our mission.
**Requirements**:
You will join a highly versatile and trusted team providing support across a range of activities including:
- Strategic implementation activities in support of the CEO
- Decision support via data and information analysis
- Mergers and acquisitions and due diligence
- Improved information flow and presentation material
- Project prep and delivery and tracking key metrics
- Work with others to implement recommendations and scale - finance, operations, HR
This is a full-time development role reporting to the CEO, offering a highly varied experience in a cross-cultural setting.You will jointly support the CEO alongside two other team members, and work at the highest level of confidence and trust.
**What we are looking for**
A smart, versatile, analytical individual who is a strategic thinker and tightly focussed on delivering our objectives. Outside of your current role you may be a home cook but most importantly, you care deeply about our mission and the impact you can make.
Ideally you’ll have previously worked for a top-level management consultancy for a few years and looking to join a values-driven, high-performance culture with the freedom to be much more versatile. This scope of this role will strengthen your skills across a wider remit.
Your commercial experience will include an understanding of organisational structure and operating models across international boundaries. Exposure to a start-up and an international team would be valuable - life at Cookpad is fast-paced and always focused on creating value for our users. Our environment is not for everyone.
Fluency in English is essential. You will need great audience-appropriate communication skills, both verbal and written.
