**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Meeting and greeting clients and potential buyers face to face.
- Dealing with incoming phone calls and arranging appointments.
- Matching new listings with the database and arranging viewing appointments.
- Carrying out accompanied viewings and providing feedback to our sellers.

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
