**Hours of work: 37.50hrs per week Monday to Friday**

**The Role**:
In this role you will be an integral part of the relationship management between the Housing Association/Registered Social Landlord and Holmleigh Care.
The Housing Officer will be responsible for ensuring that housing management services are delivered to the agreed requirements focusing on service delivery and the provision of a high quality service to tenants that supports their wellbeing. They will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders and key agencies and will work collaboratively with colleagues from across the organisation in the delivery of an effective income and property service to all our tenants.
- Liaising with our Housing Association Partner and relevant stakeholders regarding individual tenancy related matters.
- Building relationships with tenants to provide information and support regarding necessary property repairs ensuring delivery of efficient and effective services to all tenants.
- To ensure you fully understand the principles of the REACH standards (Supported Living services) and Holmleigh care values and that these are embedded within your own and teams’ daily practice and approach to supporting individuals. (REACH training will be provided)
- To deliver support which meets or exceeds organisational expectations and standards
- To work collaboratively with all directorates within Holmleigh Care in pursuit of seamless service to those we support and team members.
- To act as a representative of Holmleigh Care in all dealings with external professionals, families, carers and members of the public, and to protect the reputation of the organisation in those dealings
- To work with other Holmleigh managers and external stakeholders to promote and be an ambassador for Holmleigh Care, always promoting our values, ethos and work.
**To be successful in the role of Tenant Liaison Officer you will**:
- aid the housing Association Partner
- assist and support to tenants
- assist and support operational, internal support functions and external stakeholders
**The following would be advantageous, but not essential**:
- Knowledge of housing management policies and procedures in relation to rents, voids, lettings and repairs.
- Good knowledge of Housing sector and Tenancy management.
- Good numeracy and literacy skills and able to write clear and concise letters and reports
- Good knowledge and understanding of the Care Industry and REACH standards(REACH training will be provided).
- Hold a full driving licence
