**Job Title**: Senior Brand Consultant
**Contract Type**:Permanent (Full time or part time with a minimum of 30 hours per week)
**Salary Range**:Up to £50,000 depending on experience
**Location**:Bournemouth - flexible / hybrid working
**Senior Brand Consultant**:We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Brand Consultant to join our Marketing department on a permanent basis. As Senior Brand Consultant you will be responsible for leading, managing and deliveringthe brand in terms of creative, strategy and governance.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to define, manage and monitor Brand across all categories of the customer journey, developing our brand assets and enforcing established standards through all customer touchpoints ensuring that Ageas is one ofthe most recognisable brands within our industry.

**_Please note: We operate a hybrid / flexible working policy with most of your time spent working from home, however, there will be periodic travel required to our Bournemouth office._**
**Main Responsibilities as Senior Brand Consultant**:

- Lead our brand development with creative and innovative ideas, working to continuously improve our image and position Ageas as one of the most recognisable brands in the industry.
- Manage the digital brand and own the brand guidelines, governance and creative execution of the brand.
- Lead the delivery of Ageas' brand strategy cost effectively, ensuring that Ageas and RIAS customers experience a consistency of communication through all channels
- Operate as custodian of the brand and work collaboratively with Group (including brand related issues such as trademarks) to maximise opportunities across the industry.
- Be the creative lead for brand assets and design elements, collaborating with other teams to ensure a digital-first brand
- To work with agencies as required to produce brand assets cost-effectively, managing relationships with suppliers
- To conduct performance reporting of the brand and manage brand index monitoring identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure adherence to the guidelines from internal and external users of the identity and implement processes to prevent unauthorised use of brand identity.
- Manage risk, governance and consistency issues in aligning activities across teams. Ensure all activity is managed within the current compliance, legal and regulatory framework.

**Skills and experience you need as Senior Brand Consultant**:

- A wealth of experience in brand response marketing; financial services knowledge is advantageous but not a requirement.
- Be able to demonstrable an understanding of and empathy for consumer needs and be able to convert these into creative communications.
- Highly flexible and adaptable with an ability to drive change forward in the business through strong influence of business areas
- Analytical experience with the ability to interpret results and drive action
- Knowledge and experience with Trademarks and aspects of brand protection
- A keen interest in and experience of digital channels and their role in the promotion and distribution of Financial Services products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to clearly articulate and document rationale and planning
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and relationship building skills, across all business functions
- Marketing, business or relevant professional qualification
- An ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives in parallel without compromising quality
- Knowledge of general insurance.
