**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while facilitating their automotive needs. Your mechanical knowledge will enable you to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians, ensuring that all service requirements are met efficiently and accurately.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs required, utilising your mechanical knowledge to enhance customer understanding.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all payments are processed correctly.
- Upsell additional services or products that may benefit the customer’s vehicle performance or safety.
- Maintain a clean and organised service area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding their service experience to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure timely completion of services.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and recommending appropriate services.
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Ability to upsell services effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
