We have an opportunity available for a waking night support worker to join the team at our supported living and recovery point service, Castlewood Court based in Stockport, Greater Manchester SK1 3PA.

**Responsibilities**:
**The Role**:
You will be supporting adults on a person centred basis to live independently in their own properties helping them move towards independent accommodation. Tasks will include assisting with personal care, administering medication, check in visits and domestic tasks.

Qualifications:
