**Customer Service Co-ordinator
Manchester (Ashton Under Lyne)**

Menzies Distribution are looking for a Customer Service professional to join our team in Manchester. You’ll be working Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:30 supporting our customer Viking. Working for Menzies alongside Viking customer service department you’llact as a bridge for escalation queries providing updates to senior management teams across the business.

**Customer Service Co-ordinator Duties**:

- Dealing with query escalations from both Viking and Menzies customer service teams.
- Stop & Return process requests.
- Daily Exception reports.
- Manage customers for the length of the relationship with the company.
- Work collaboratively with the Account Management team ensuring performance measures and reporting requirements are in line with customers’ expectations.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to the customers’ needs and business objectives.
- Management of claims, stock holding, returns and customer service processes.
- In conjunction with Finance ensure the account operates in line with budget expectations.
- Credit management, supporting with communication of sums to be paid.
- Loss prevention.
- Ensure the customer and account is maintained for as long as possible, supporting and driving sustainable and profitable growth for the company.
- Develops partnerships with key customers by identifying and delivery valued added activities & services which help drive business growth.
- Monitor and control key contracts, ensuring Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality compliance is maintained, and the Company's procedures and objectives are achieved.

**Customer Service Co-ordinator Requirements**:

- Previous Customer Service at a management level required.
- Previous experience in transport/logistics customer service.
- Attending internal and external meetings.
- Ability to work with data in Excel format and familiar with MS Word and PowerPoint software packages.
