**About the Events Co-ordinator role**:
We participate in a number of global exhibitions each year, promoting our cash handing and biometric products to a B2B audience. As Events Coordinator, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of this portfolio of international trade shows. You will work within a busy marketing team and take responsibility for all exhibition planning and organisation, reporting to the Marketing Manager.

**Key responsibilities of our Events Co-ordinator will include**:

- Produce and manage an annual calendar of international trade shows, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to produce detailed exhibition briefs.
- Coordinate the full exhibition lifecycle including bookings, accommodation, travel, equipment, logistics, suppliers, contractors, product demos, lead capture.
- Work with internal staff to raise orders, arrange testing and liaise with dispatch to distribute products in advance of exhibitions (full product training will be provided)
- Manage all exhibitor manuals and liaise with exhibition organisers, adhering to strict order deadlines.
- Evaluate each exhibition, reporting on KPIs to determine ROI. Identify new ideas for continuous improvement to further enhance the company’s brand through exhibitions.
- Monitor exhibition budgets and assist in their promotion.
- Occasional travel (Internationally) to support the onsite running of exhibitions.
- Work alongside the wider marketing team to ensure all exhibition production is consistent with brand guidelines.

**Skills & Experience need to be successful as our Events Co-ordinator**:

- Exceptional organisation and time management skills.
- Be able to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects to hard deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the company.
- Previous experience in event coordination.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- A proactive problem-solver with a flexible attitude and the ability to work independently while being a team player.
- Good collaboration skills, a people person.
