Learning Partnerships Co-ordinator

**Location: Easton on the Hill - 2 days a week / Hybrid**
**Job Summary**
To champion study centres with internal stakeholder groups including Education Regulation, Member Services and regional office teams ensuring accurate and timely dialogues to ensure study centres are supported. To be the focal point of contact for education partners globally. Provide tailored support to meet local/ regional needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- To proactively contact centres offering support.
- Responsible for liaison with CIPS Learning Networks across all geographical regions to ensure that appropriate support is provided by CIPS as required and feedback is collected, actioned directly and/or disseminated where necessary.
- Responsible for supporting continuous improvement and implementing future preventative measures in the support of our education partner network.
- Responsible and accountable for collating and recording education partner information ensuring accuracy and authenticity in line with regulatory requirements.
- Responsible and accountable for updating the CIPS website with accurate, targeted information for education partners. Identifying gaps in resource and working with stakeholders to develop additional resources as necessary.
- Coordination and administration of the yearly renewal of accredited programmes for existing accredited institutions.
- Responsible and accountable for building and maintaining co-operative and effective working relationships with regional office staff, providing them with appropriate information to enable them to consistently support and develop the education partner networks.
- Responsible for contributing to the annual budgeting process by estimating costs and revenue likely to be achieved in the following financial year.
- Responsible for monitoring the education partnerships budget ensuring invoices are raised and revenue is achieved on time and in line with the budget.

- and post-event communication and representation of CIPS at the event.
- Responsible for supporting the Operations Manager - Learning Partnerships as and when required.
- To undertake tasks as reasonably directed by the Director of Professional Development.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: £26,028.00-£30,909.00 per year
