Reward Coordinator

About the role...

We are looking for a proactive and organised Reward Coordinator to join our People Team at Poundland & Dealz.

You'll support the Reward Manager and take ownership of a variety of tasks including managing colleague benefits and coordinating loyal service awards.

You'll be the go-to person for all things Reward admin - from inbox management to keeping our systems updated and supporting a range of Reward projects with scope to learn and grow.

This role is key to ensuring our colleagues are recognised, supported, and set up for success.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Customer Support Centre in Walsall.

Your Impact and Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate Loyal Service Award events and communications for service milestones.
- Manage the Reward inbox, responding promptly to queries.
- Oversee the Colleague Discount portal, handling queries and promoting the benefit.
- Complete regular Reward admin tasks and maintain relevant systems.
- Support Reward-related projects as needed.

Skills and Knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software (e.g. Resource Link, Manage Engine) is a plus.
- Strong organisational, planning, and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle queries efficiently and work independently.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
