**Role Purpose**:
To support the business strategy to stay legal, safe and compliant with age restricted sales. Dealing with all store enquiries and liaising with external stakeholders such as licensing authorities, trading standards and police. This is great role for someone who is very methodical and has high attention to detail.
**A typical day in this role includes**:
- Liaising with our Stores, Area Managers, licensing authorities, trading standards, People Development team
- To ensure the business remains legally compliant for all age restricted sales in stores.
- Processing premises licenses and personal licenses for Stores.
- Working with People Development team to create regular compliance training.
- Dealing with ad hoc queries from stores and other admin tasks such as comms for stores.
- Key deliverables will be keeping all trackers and SharePoint folders up to date and accurate. To ensure that the legal time frames are met within the licensing processes.

**What you’ll need**:
- You need to have experience in a administrative and compliance working environment
- A degree in law would be desirable - Not essential, must have passion for legislation
- You will have working knowledge of Licensing Act 2003
- A can do attitude and desire to learn
