**LEAD DEVELOPER Mobility Intelligence Platform (Office & Home Working)**
We’re looking for an amazing Software Development Manager to join our Mobility Intelligence Platform data delivery team. This is an awesome opportunity to lead a highly productive team responsible for building out and supporting great software products that make a huge impact in real life. You’ll manage and support developers building out features and components across our mobility intelligence platform utilizing massive (20 billion points per day) amounts of historic and real-time data.
This role reports to the VP of Engineering and is responsible for leading development and support for the entire suite of data product offerings. This is a hands-on role in which you'll manage an agile team of talented software engineers.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Lead a team of software engineers in the development and deployment of INRIX products
- Mentor, coach, and develop your team to reach their potential and meet team and product objectives
- Contribute to our growth by hiring and onboarding engineers
- Manage software systems serving customers around the world
- Explore and innovate new technologies such as software stacks, deployment tools, monitoring, and operations of our public cloud infrastructure
- Review architecture, code, plans, deployments, and operations to drive excellence
- Maintain and enhance software quality
- Work with Program and Product Management to develop and deliver on roadmaps
- Collaborate with other INRIX engineering leaders on technologies, platforms, and best practices
What You Need for this Position:
- 5+ years of technical experience developing & delivering scalable API and/or customer-focussed data solutions
- Team leadership experience, or a demonstrable desire & readiness to move into a team leadership role
- Compassionate approach to people management and desire to enable career growth
- Have practical experience with AWS or similar cloud technologies
- Expertise with design patterns and API standards
- Experience in a fast-paced agile environment with the ability to wear many hats
- Sense of ownership of quality and delivery
- Excellent attention to detail and passion for customer experience
