To Me To You Support Ltd is the highest-rated care agency in the North West Since early 2017, we’ve been providing key workers (Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Nurses) on an agency basis to care homes across Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
As a family-run company, we operate from our Burnley High Street branch and employ over 120 key workers.
**WHAT IS THE JOB?**
Some of your duties as a Rota Coordinator would include:
- Creating and maintaining staff schedules to ensure all client shifts are covered efficiently.
- Handling last-minute staffing changes and resolving rota-related issues.
- Communicating with care staff and clients to manage expectations and ensure excellent service.
- Supporting the admin team with DBS checks and referencing.
- Using Microsoft Office 365 programs like Outlook, Word, and Excel to manage schedules and reports.
- Working closely with the team leaders to coordinate staffing needs and assist with account management.
- Contributing to the smooth operation of a busy, fast-paced, and fun office environment

**SOUNDS GOOD SO FAR HOW DO I APPLY?**
We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented individual with several years of office experience, ideally in a scheduling, customer service, or administrative role. You’ll need to be proficient with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, and have excellent communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £23,000.00-£25,500.00 per year
