We are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team and help deliver high-quality, home-cooked meals to our residents.
**As a Catering Assistant, you will**:
Support the Chef/Cook in preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals tailored to the individual needs of residents, including any specific dietary requirements.
Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, stock management, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure the kitchen meets the highest standards.
Contribute to menu planning by providing feedback on resident preferences and helping to create a positive dining experience.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on food safety regulations and enhance your skills.

**What We're Looking For**:

Has experience in a catering or kitchen assistant role (1 year preferred but not essential).
Holds a basic food hygiene certificate (or is willing to complete the training).
