**The Role**
As a Customer Care Expert, you’re going to be the cream to our strawberries, the bonus no-one was expecting, the legend waiting for your story to be written.
Through your talent, wit and conversational expertise, you’re going to make every caller feel happy and comfortable that they’ve made the right choice and called the right company.
Spending your days chatting away, you’ll listen and discuss injuries that callers have experienced, taking down details and getting to heart of the matter quickly and easily. You’ll match them to legal firms we work with who have the expertise to ensure theyreceive compensation suitable for their injury.
The balance of this role is the ability to achieve your targets without affecting callers’ experience. You’ll be working alongside an expert team who will support you in delivering on this and, once fully up to speed, you can pass this wisdom on to others.
**About You**
To be considered as a Customer Care Expert, you will need:
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- To be comfortable discussing injuries and sensitive topics
- The ability to discuss medical terms
- The ability to build a rapport with people from a variety of backgrounds
- The ability to type and talk simultaneously
Other organisations may call this role Customer Service Co-ordinator, Customer Services Advisor, Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Advisor, Customer Care Rep, Contact Centre Agent, Customer Experience Representative, or Contact Centre Advisor.
