**Job Overview**:
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer has a memorable dining experience. You will provide outstanding service while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations.
- **Order Management**: Handle dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders efficiently and correctly.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments accurately and responsibly.
- **Cleanliness & Presentation**: Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area, including dining tables, service counters, and restrooms.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
