Are you working in finance and looking for a role where you can make a real difference?

We have an opportunity for a Finance Support Lead to provide a transaction processing service to a number of clients.

Your previous experience in this realm will mean that you will be working on complex transactions whilst being the first point of escalation for the more intricate queries. Although there are no line management responsibilities, ideally you will be comfortablein setting the example, confident in communicating your support to peers and have a desire to take the lead when he situation requires you to do so.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Payment query resolutions
- Run reports and extract data for analysis
- Be an advisor and mentor for colleagues
- Measure team performance and provide feedback
- Identify any preventative measures and areas for process improvement
- Support line manager and team members with training and coaching

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience with processing payment queries
- Knowledge of ERP systems AR and Collection
- Basic P2P knowledge
- Basic understanding of MS Excel
- Confident communication skills
- Growth mindset to look for improvement opportunities

**It would be great if you had**:

- Previous experience training others
