Marketing Director, London, 50% remote, £70K to 90K p/a + benefits, an exciting major VC backed technology company that provide a best in-class Digital Content Rights Management solution to some of the world’s largest Music, Media and Entertainment companiesare looking for a data-driven B2B focused Marketing Director. The main focus of this role will be to "formalise" the companies marketing operations as they take things to the next level by creating a high performing go to market strategy. You will be required to build a small high performance team and delivering againstthe companies commercial goals. This role will have a mixture of strategic and hands on campaign delivery responsibility with a focus on data and metrics driven performance and account-based marketing tasks. **Essential** - Team Building, Recruitment and Management - Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, ABM - Formulating effective GTM strategies. - In-depth experience of data driven performance marketing and analysis. - HubSpot (or similar alternative marketing automation systems) - Experience scaling a successful start-up or scale up **Desirable** - 5+ years experience in a Senior marketing operations or performance marketing role. - Proficient with core marketing operations practices such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, A/B testing and campaign reporting. - Experience with one of the major marketing platforms: Marketo or HubSpot.
