Role Overview:
To provide knowledge and practical skills that ensure the safe and effective delivery of electrical manufacturing and installation including electrical maintenance activities as requested by the team leader.

To perform high standards of work and produce on time quality products.

Safety and Health Environment
- Ensure and deliver safe standards of workmanship that comply with all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Ensure all aspects of electrical activities are carried out in a safe manner and comply with all the relevant health and safety legislation.

Technical
- The ability to read and interpret circuit and wiring diagrams
- Skills in reading Bill of Materials and schematic drawings to ensure that all electrical and mechanical wiring is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Able to cut/drill & assemble electrical control panels & sub-assemblies to assembly drawings.
- Wire up electrical control Panels and equipment, Fault finding and testing.
- Ensuring the construction of the power and control components of a device or system are wired correctly so they work effectively, without any issues.
- Collaborate with other electricians and engineers
- Computer literate

Qualifications / Experience Required / Person Attributes

Experience and knowledge in panel assembly and wiring

Fault finding and troubleshooting

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Adhere to company health and safety requirements

City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition) - Desirable

Knowledge of low voltage (up to 1000volt) electrical installation

Knowledge of industrial installation, testing & commissioning
