KallysHair, a busy multicultural hair salon chain, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist / front of house manager to join our friendly, sociable team.

You will be working closely with our busy stylists and their clients to ensure that we maintain the highest standards of customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience with a retail or a service industry background.
- Experienced customer service professional with a passion for helping people and a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Have strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills with attention to detail.
- Be highly organised, self-motivated, and efficient.
- Ability to work within a team and adapt to changing situations.
- Accomplished multi-tasker with a positive attitude to finding solutions.
- Have a warm, outgoing, and understanding personality.
- Be reliable and available to work various schedules, including Saturdays.
- Previous salon or busy spa experience a bonus but not essential.
- Smartly presented.

**Job Description**:

- Welcoming and greeting clients to the salon.
- Using initiative to deal with diverse situations, sometimes under pressure.

Handling inventory

Handling till / banking

Procurement

Assisting salon directors in process implementation and other day-to-day task.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.60-£10.20 per hour
