Children come to live with us for a variety of reasons but the one thing they all have in common is that they need an environment which makes them feel cared for, safe and wanted. We strive to give our children a ‘normal’ childhood, encouraging them to use their imagination and have an active childhood enjoying a range of activities such as trips to the beach, fishing, bike rides, theme parks etc.
Our home with a vacancy in Suffolk is ran by an amazing manager with a qualification in leading Therapeutic Environments, and is full of laughter, love and fun. This role is perfect for someone who wants to help make a difference to our children's lives and be part of an incredible team. Experience isn't essential as full training will be given, but a positive attitude is essential.

**What are my key responsibilities as a Support Worker?**
- Being part of a team that supports children to develop positive attachments with people around them
- Being a positive role model and helping our children gain new experiences outside of the home
- Ensure children have opportunities for social integration and the development of independence skills
- To help make and change beds, assist with light domestic duties and help run the home as any family home would be run
