**Export Sales Administrator**

**Full Time 38.5 Hours Monday-Friday**

Due to Allmakes continued growth we have an opportunity within our Export Sales Office for someone to join us as an administrator.

**Main Objective**

To prepare, record, monitor and process export documentation for customers outside of the UK in support of the Company's business plan, quality standards and operational objectives.

Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare invoices from customer orders.
- Compile packing lists.
- Ensure correct preparation of customs documentation.
- Liaise with customers concerning order despatch.
- Ensure maintenance of competitive shipping/air freight costs.
- Advise on export documentation procedures
- Check and approve courier invoices.
- Any other duties as required and as commensurate with the role

We are now looking for new person to join our team that is located on Milton Park, Abingdon.

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
