Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide training and consultancy to internal teams.
- Provide resolutions to issues raised during the implementation, provide replication details as appropriate.
- Assist the teams in performing implementation tasks such as business discovery, configuration, dry runs and go lives.
- Attend project meetings as required.
- Write business requirements for new developments
- Assist in the coaching, mentoring and training the team to sufficient standards to allow utilization in line with budgets.
- Assist in developing the team, building on core competencies and furthering abilities to implement and configure effectively.
- Assist in the delivery of exceptional working standards within the consultancy teams.
- Assist in undertaking checks on work output to ensure the required standards are being met.
- Attend site with other team members on occasions to ensure project delivery is being performed to the correct standard, providing support as required.
- Identifying areas for business improvement and recommending and making changes to specific processes/documents/templates within the METIS methodology.
- Assist in maintaining the skills matrix ensuring core competencies in the teams are covered and ensuring any single points of failure are identified and escalated.
- Work closely with other team managers and team leads on work delivery, output and customer experience.
- To be aware of new software releases and working other team leads and managers assist in the organisation of training across the team.

Experience and/or Qualifications Required:

- A background of implementing systems is essential.
- Training skills are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products essential.
- The role requires you to have a valid UK driving license and a suitable vehicle to travel.

- A communicator who can deliver clearly and concisely
- A natural coach, mentor and trainer
- Good presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Focused and organized
- Pro-active approach to work
