**Role overview**

We are looking for a passionate Bodyshop Administrator to join our Volkswagen approved Bodyshop in Wooburn Green. As a Bodyshop Administrator you will play a vital role within the providing administrative support to the bodyshop department. You will be provided with on-the-job training by your colleagues and managers and will be joining a supportive and friendly team in Wooburn Green

**Key responsibilities**

As a Bodyshop Administrator your key responsibilities will be:

- To complete all the tasks relating to the Administration of the body repair process.
- Checking the instruction and resolving any queries prior to booking in a vehicle.
- Ensuring the correct process is followed when checking for the final bill payer.
- Setting up new WIPs on Kerridge.
- To ensure compliance with Manufacturer requirements.
- To prepare the daily valeting requirements.
- To liaise with the Used Car Prep centre re vehicle repairs.
- To ensure the bodyshop management system is updated regularly.
- To ensure customers are contacted with updates as per process.
- To pull lines as requested from the sales teams.
- To gather customer details for new business and pass to the estimating team.
- To manage customer enquiries from telephone and walk in contact.
