012 Global Ltd is a professional international consulting firm in the fields of abroad studies, accounts, real estate and law headquartered in London.

We have a broad knowledge and network within the UK educational system, which enables us to advise students at every age group and curricula along their academic journey. We understand the cultural values of our students and help them find the educational institution that suits them best. With high quality service and professional advice we guide students through the enrolment and visa process. In terms of accounts, we are the financial advisors for individuals and firms operating their businesses, specialising in taxation, payroll, financial statements and various pension schemes. In legal sector, our strength lies in immigration matters, including residence or naturalisation, torts, disputes and family court procedures.

We are currently seeking to recruit a highly efficient and hardworking **HR Assistant and Admin staff for our office in London and Brighton**. The HR personnel will need to organise and manage the human resources and administration function. We are recruiting for a true generalist role where every day is varied and always full of rewards.

What we are looking for:

- Help out in other departments with administrative tasks ( Educational, Accounting, Real Estate,... department )
- Great people skills with the ability to build rapport and relations quickly.
- Ability to communicate with clients and employees at all levels.
- Excellent PC skills (MS Office).
- Multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
- A collaborative work style, open to direction and commitment to get the job done
- Must have demonstrated leadership and vision in managing teams, projects and initiatives.
- Fluency in English and another language ( Vietnamese, Thai, Cantonese, or Egyptian )

What you’ll be responsible for:

- To be the first point of contact for all HR related queries from the organisation.
- To provide support, coaching and training to Line Managers in areas such as Recruitment and Selection, Disciplinary, Grievance and Conflict Handling, Communications, Absence Management.
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge.
- Payroll data -collate payroll changes; send through to Payroll in a timely manager
- Keep abreast of Workplace legislative changes
- Review and revise HR Policy and handbook updates/reviews to ensure compliance and best practice
- Deal with all recruitment activity and campaigns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
