Office Assistant

We are looking to recruit an Office Assistant to join our Accounts and Administration teams based at our head office in Nuneaton.
- Inputting data to assist with financial transactions
- Taking card payments and issuing receipts
- Undertaking the daily banking
- Undertaking file closing procedures
- Updating various housekeeping reports (excel spreadsheets)
- Providing reception cover during lunchtimes and absences
- Managing and maintaining stationery and general office supplies
- Ordering and replenishing consumables for all print devices
- Distributing incoming mail around the office and running errands
The role is a full-time office based position, working 9.00am to 5.15pm Monday to Friday with an hour for lunch. Salary to be discussed at interview.
