We have an exciting opportunity within our Children Services division where you'll provide a leaving care statutory service to young people not currently looked After by the Children’s as well those over 15 year old's who are in care.

Your core focus will be to work with young people, enabling them to develop independence skills, work closely with partner agencies to support them into education, employment and training.

An important part of this role will be working with partner agencies to support them secure and maintain accommodation.

**Please note this role does not attract sponsorship.**

**About you**:
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with young people, colleagues and staff in other agencies

You’ll have the ability to maintain accurate records and co-ordinate effective support for young people

It’s important that you have the ability to write comprehensive reports and assessments.

You must have a demonstrate understanding of the legislation relating to Care Leavers and their entitlement to service.

This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English
