We are looking for positive, caring, and motivated Waking Night Residential Support Workers to join one of our teams in the Warrington area. Supporting our adults or children, who have learning difficulties, and complex needs.

**Pay and Rewards**

Hourly rate of £13.00 per hour, shift length 10 hours

Full-time hours are worked over 2, 3, or 4 shifts per week, between the hours of 10 pm & 8 am

Part-time hours available, or overtime opportunities if required

**What will the job be like?**

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will provide the highest standards of care for our young people throughout the night, understand their care needs, and support and engage with them.

You will join a small but strong team, that pride itself on delivering a personal and bespoke service. Our colleagues at the site are dedicated, helpful, and focused on providing high-quality provision.

You will spend a short time during your induction getting to know the team and people we support during daytime hours before undertaking your role as a Night Care Worker.

You will assist our young people during the night should they wake up and need care in line with their support plans, and have the responsibility of maintaining the home.

**To be considered for the role you will**

Have great values and a passion for providing great care

Be approachable, friendly, proactive, and engaging

It would be great if you hold a driver's licence, but it is not essential

**Requirement**

Bright Futures commit to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and our requirement for the successful applicant would be to undertake enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check where appropriate

We have several homes across the Warrington area, with easy access to local amenities and good bus route links to and from Warrington town centre. With good access to Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington Central, and Widnes, we are also close to the M56 M62 and the M6.
