To work as a member of the clinical service/ team, providing a high quality, specialist family & systemic psychotherapy service to children and young people, and their families/networks of care. To support systemic practice within the team through consultation, supervision, formulation and training and by participating in clinical governance. To work with complex presentations suitable for family & systemic psychotherapy, utilising a high level of knowledge and experience and adapting approaches as appropriate, with regard to evidence-based practice. To offer clinical supervision to family & systemic psychotherapists, systemic practitioners and systemic trainees. To utilise research skills for audit, service development and research within the area served by the team/service.

You will be joining a service of highly skilled and experienced Family and Systemic Psychotherapists, Psychiatry, Paediatrician, Clinical Psychology and Assistant Psychologists, Nurses, Support Workers, Dietitian, and Social Workers with support from an outstanding admin team. SFEDS covers all of Sussex, operating as a hub and spoke model with Crawley Down as the main team hub.
