Who we are looking for: You must be highly organised with great communication skills, including a pleasant,professionaland supportivetelephone manner, and work well as part of our friendly team. The position requires excellent I.T skills (proficient in all Microsoft Programmes, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel, Teams)Ability to manage multiple tasks, and prioritise workload effectively. The Position: This is apermanent role, working three days per week,workingfromour office in Horsham.Working hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm. Salary - £24000 - £26000 per annumpro-rata, dependent upon experience.A six-month probationary period will be in place. 20 days holidays plus bank holidays. The Job role: Answering the main incoming reception calls. Greeting clients and offering refreshments. Diary management, booking of new and existing clients. Answering enquiryemails. . Audio Typing via Digital Dictation,withexcellent grammar and spelling. Managing the setup of new clients on the management software system. Ensuring all risk assessment and compliance procedures are dealt with including AML procedures. Preparing client care information lettersandtyping of solicitorsattendance notes.
