As **District Manager for our South coast region**, you will have 18 stores including one of our eight flagship re-fit stores, located in Southampton.You will be responsible for maintaining a high performance selling culture through coaching,recognition and by leading by example.You’ll challenge, inspire and increase the management capability of the teams in your District through your infectious passion for retail and love for our customers and product.

Exceeding sales, customer, people and profit targets will be second nature to you, as you use your knowledge and expertise to analyse business data in order to develop and deliver commercially measurable results through your district operational, peopleand strategic plans.

You need to be:

- Passionate about retail and all the challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Willing to travel around the district frequently.
- Commercially focussed and understand the true value of delivering exceptional customer service.
- People focused with a great track record of building, developing and leading effective teams.
- Comfortable with taking large amounts of data and using it to inform your plans and drive performance.
- Tenacious.

And you will have:

- A track record of driving sales performance and delivering exceptional financial results.
- Strong analytical skills and be able to demonstrate how you have used commercial and local marketplace data to develop and deliver your operational and people plans.
- Previous district management support experience is highly desirable.
