**About us**
Fallen & Felled is a timber company with a difference. We recover trees felled across London and give them a second life - turning them into beautiful hardwood boards and bespoke furniture. We’re a small, friendly team with a big sustainability mission, and we’re growing fast.

**The Role**
We’re looking for someone organised, practical, and methodical to help us bring order to our timber yard and grow our online sales. You’ll be working hands-on with rough-sawn timber - labelling, listing and racking boards, wrapping and dispatching orders, and helping us build a simple but effective stock system.

**Skills & Experience**

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has confidence in manual handling and is comfortable working in a warehouse environment and sometimes outdoors.
- Enjoys staying organised and working methodically.
- A self-starter mindset - able to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Is comfortable with computers, using spreadsheets or basic stock systems.
- Has a good eye for detail - from labelling to packing orders.
- Able to use power and hand tools and come up with solutions to practical everyday challenges.
- Has a valid driving licence and reliable transport to RM14.

This could suit someone looking for a full-time role - or two people working part-time, if your strengths complement each other. Either way, we’re after people ready to take ownership and help shape how we do things.

**Useful Skills & Experience**
- Experience of DIY, furniture-making, workshop or construction industry.
- Experience setting up or improving stock management systems.
- A passion for sustainability.
- Forklift driving experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Upminster, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
