We welcome applicants who have:
- Proven track record of success in professional services sales, ideally within the legal sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships.
- Strong understanding of UK immigration law and the ability to provide expert advice to potential clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organised and experienced with CRMs and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Law or a related field.
- Fluent in at least one foreign language.
Your duties, including and not limited to:
- Responding to new enquiries from a diverse client base promptly and proactively.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B and B2C sector, including professionals, companies, universities, and other organisations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including HR managers, recruitment consultants, and business owners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the firm's overall business objectives.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote the firm's services and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with the legal team to understand the legal requirements of potential clients and provide them with expert advice on immigration law.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the firm.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other relevant events to build the firm's profile and generate new business.
- Providing support to the wider team as required to deliver exceptional client service.
