Totally Wicked has an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Service Advisor** to join our team at our Head Office in Blackburn. The purpose of this role is to ensure that customer’s requirements are satisfied and dealt with in a knowledgeable, accurate and consistent manner, in line with the Company’s mission statement.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Provide a professional and effective service to customers, advise on products available and maintain an enthusiastic and friendly approach in building relationships with customers
- Accurately process customer orders through the website, recording customer information and processing payments
- Demonstrate a clear knowledge of all products available, including operation of products
- Keeping up to date with product pricing, offers, warranty information, product care and maintenance requirements
- Have an understanding of departmental procedures and requirements
- Interact and communicate effectively with other departments, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Use the live chat service
- Test and log returns

**Salary**: £19,150.00-£20,000.00 per year
