Our Client Based in Malvern is looking for Machine Operatives to join a friendly professional team due to expansion of work. They will need new people to join the team on a full time basis after 12 weeks training, to a permanent role.

Full training will be provided for the **Machine Operator.**

**Rate of pay: £10.45 - £19.08**

**Plus Holiday pay**

**Plus overtime paid extra up to £19.08/h**

Your duties will include:

- Setting up machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order.
- Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines work optimally during the production procedures.
- Maintaining machines before and after each shift.
- Monitoring machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.
- Troubleshooting problems during machine operation.
- Performing safety checks on every machine.
- Ensure that machines are producing quality products by managing periodic checks on output.
- Ensuring stock is needed materials are ready and available at all times.
- Create and maintain activity logs.
- Provide relevant information regarding progress to supervisors.
- Knowledge of operating machinery
- Ability to understand standard operating procedures
- Effective Communication skills.
Full PPE provided.

Continental shift pattern:
07:00 -19:00 WEEK (1) 24 HOURS / WEEK (2) 60 HOURS

SHIFT TIMES: 07:00 - 19:00 / 19:00 - 07:00 - continental

**Example of shift pattern below 12h shift**:
**1st week day shift - 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 3 days off**

**2nd week night shifts - 2 nights on, 2 off, 3 nights on, 3 off and going back to days...**

Job Temporary to Permanent, 2 weeks Training. Rates increase to £12.56 inclusive after 12 weeks.

Part-time hours: 40 per week
