Office Administrator

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Stoneleigh, Kennilworth. This crucial role within the customer service team and you will ensure the smooth running of the operation. As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for raising credits, resolving queries and supporting other team members, providing excellent customer service.
Key duties and responsibilities...
- Analyse incoming credit requests for damages & missing goods
- Liaise with customers/sales reps to validate all requests
- Process all requests on to the system
- Update the CRM with all required information
- Raising sales invoices
- Analyse trends in credit request and report to relevant department
- Report weekly to 3rd party warehouse on picking errors and shortages
- Sending of daily stock updates to online customers
- Responding to live webchat messaging
- Receiving and handling incoming calls
- Support the office administration team as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Organised, self-motivated and professional
- Happy team player
- Good, helpful telephone manner
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Track record of working independently.
- Strong numeracy and analytical ability to find trends and patterns from reports.
- Good Microsoft Office skills and especially in excel
- Experienced in working with ERP & CRM systems
- Focussed on hitting all internal & Customer SLA’s
Hours - Monday - Friday - 40 hour week (option to 3pm finish on Fridays)
