**About the role**
- Ferdotti is opening an additional workshop facility on our main site and requires a Service Advisor/Assistant Workshop Controller.
- This role will report to our workshop controller and liaise with all aspects of the business.
- The role will include responsibilities for Health & Safety, Quality Control and the delivery of Sensational Customer Service.

- The work we do is mainly for Fleet companies and over time we have built up a large and diverse portfolio of customers that provide us with high levels of consistent work.
- To manage the customer experience when vehicles are booked in for service, repair and maintenance.
- To take bookings, check in vehicles, receive parts, answer incoming telephone calls and work in the Service/Front of House Team.
- To estimate, source parts and gain authorisation from customers for work done on their vehicles.
- To assign work to technicians, coordinate workshop jobs and track progress to ensure jobs are completed on time.
- To keep customers regularly updated on the progress of their vehicle.
- To manage the flow of workshop and parts paperwork to ensure all items are charged for at the correct price.
- To oversee Health & Safety and the Quality Control process.

**Personal Qualities**
- Automotive Experience is essential (min 3 years)
- Accurate and efficient, attention to detail is very important.
- Great interpersonal skills with customers, suppliers and staff.
- Energetic and fun.
- Punctual.
- Team player with a 'can do' attitude.
- IT literate, job involves using multiple IT platforms.
- Dedicated to delivering sensational customer service
- Fleet Experience ideal but not essential.

**HOURS**

**Mon - Fri: 7.45am - 5.30pm (45min lunch)**

**NO WEEKENDS**

**Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 + Generous Bonus**

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
