**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Utilise content management systems to publish and optimise content at both a product and category level
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure effective delivery of promotions and new prouct launches
- Monitor social media trends and engage with audiences through effective social media management.
- Liasing with external stakeholders and working across internal functions
- Analyse content performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to content creation and marketing.

**Skills**
- Proficient in content management systems
- Self-motivating and willing to experiment
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in social media marketing and management, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of content strategy, SEO techniques, and best practices for online visibility.
- Ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously and at pace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating creativity and clarity in messaging.
- Interest in outdoor pursuits and cycling is preferable but not essential

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rotherham, S65: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 2 years (preferred)
