**Talent Acquisition Administrator**
We are currently recruiting an **Administrator** to join our Talent Acquisition Team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced in-house recruitment team providing services to North Yorkshire Police (NYP), North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (NYFRS) and the Office of the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner (OPFCC).
The role is based at our Head Office in Northallerton, with hybrid working arrangements including home working.
As a Talent Acquisition Administrator you will be responsible for supporting our team of Recruiters and administering the on-boarding of a diverse range of talent. With a significant focus on customer service, you will act as a point of contact for recruitment and on-boarding enquiries.
This is a fast paced and rewarding administrative role, supporting in the day-to-day co-ordination of key recruitment campaigns for 2 emergency services.
Other duties and responsibilities will include:
- You will be responsible for the accurate recording of information on systems (such as our Applicant Tracking System) as well as the provision of advice and information to managers.
- You will effectively build and maintain relationships with a range of cross functional teams which support the on-boarding process of all new hires including; payroll, vetting, clothing, occupational health and ICT teams.
- Administration experience with high level of attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office and other digital platforms
- A self-starter with strong organisational skills who can prioritise work to achieve tight deadlines

**Salary**: £23,286 - £25,626 based on 37 hours per week (Full time)
