With new offices opening in Liverpool and Leeds, we're looking to expand our Events/Sites based field sales team in Manchester. We seek ambitious, talented individuals eager to embark on a fulfilling career in sales, starting immediately.

**What’s a Trainee Sales Assistant?** As a Trainee Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of some of the UK's top brands, delivering exceptional customer service at various events. This dynamic role involves working within a vibrant team, representing leading brands, and pushing your boundaries while acquiring new skills.

**Role Details**:

- **Performance-Based**: Excellent weekly pay structure per acquisition, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) typically ranging from £450 to £600 per week for trainees.
- **Work Schedule**: Full-time preferred, but part-time (four full days per week) may be considered.
- **Location**: In-person (this is not an office or call center role).

**Additional Pay**:

- Commission Pay
- Performance Bonuses

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
