We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Trainee Sales / Marketing Assistant with excellent interpersonal skills to seek out and engage customer prospects actively

**A day in the life of our **Trainee Sales / Marketing Assistants**:

- Answering questions to customers and tailoring the sales pitch to suit individual customers
- Establishing customer's needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Creating relationships with our customers to give them an all-time performance
- B2C campaign (events)
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets & KPIs
- Reach targets & goals set by your manager
- Deliver excellent levels of customer service
- Meeting with customers to discuss our campaigns whilst providing the best customer service
- Build relationships with potential customers

**No Experience? No Problem**

All of our Trainee Sales / Marketing Assistants will receive on-the-job training and extensive in-house training to ensure our team feels confident when customer-facing to get you prepared & ready to head out to start your career

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,500.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Manchester, M3 2NH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
