An exciting new vacancy has arisen for an Area Cleaning Supervisor to work across our Client’s sites in The Black Country, Birmingham and surrounding. You will work autonomously with the support of a highly experienced facilities team.

You will be required to provide supervise the cleaning service provided to our clients, ensuring a first
- class Customer Experience.

Duties Include
- Supervision, onboarding and training of Cleaning Operatives, with focus upon performance and conduct.
- Ensuring quality of cleaning at clients sites, conducting audits and collecting customer reviews.
- Managing work schedules and completing time sheets for employees.
- Placing monthly orders for cleaning materials and ensuring sites are correctly stocked.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Chairing meetings with employees as required.
- Providing cover duties as necessary.

Full driving licence is essential. Company van can be provided for business use only.

Opportunity to progress to full time.
