If so, this could be for you Work with us to eradicate homelessness by joining our Investment Committee where you will play a vital role within the Property Investment Team at Resonance. **Location**: UK (working remotely) **Remuneration**: £6,000 per annum We are looking for a new non-executive member for the Committee, who can bring insight, rigour and new perspectives to our decision-making. We are particularly looking for someone with a strong understanding of and credibility within the public sector or third sector. We are an equal opportunities organisation with an inclusive environment where everyone is given an equal chance to succeed. **What Do We Need From You**: Essential: - Fully subscribes to Resonance's Vision, Mission and Values - Motivated by building a portfolio of "ordinary homes on ordinary streets" to house and support people, supporting them to move toward independent living - Demonstrate ability to understand the principles of ersidential property investment - Ability to perform an advisory role and to engage in challenge and debate in a constructive way - A proactive approach in making this social impact fund "best in class" - Professional and enthusiastic, with strong levels of accuracy and attention to detail Desirable: - Knowledge of the residential property market within the North West of England - Experience of leadership or governance ideally within the public sector or third sector - Experience of social impact investment - Experience of property conversion or development - Experience of institutional investment **Terms of Appointment**: - Members also need to be available for ad-hoc conversations with members of the investment team who are working on an issue on which the member may have particular insights - The appointment is for an initial 2 year term, with posibility of renewal - All applicants must have an existing right to work in the UK **Applications**: - Include a CV and cover letter For more information and to view the full IC Pack: CLICK HERE
