As a not for profit housing association, we own and manage more than 8,000 homes across Salford and hold G1/C1/V2 ratings from our latest regulatory review.The roleWe’re looking for an Independent Committee Member who will join both our Audit & Risk and Assets & Sustainability committees. This role will help us strengthen our governance, assurance and sustainability work as we continue to invest in our homes and services.Who we’re looking forYou’ll bring experience of development or growth programmes and an understanding of the financial aspects of building new homes. Financial literacy is essential, although a formal qualification isn’t required. You will be someone who embodies our values of being trustworthy, successful, and inclusive.
