**Website Merchandiser and E-Commerce Marketing Specialist**
A new role for an ecommerce specialist to work with a highly successful upmarket home improvement / lifestyle retailer.
The company operates a small number of large out of town stores in the northern home counties / East Anglia. They are in the process of upgrading their online offering, and are looking to recruit an e-commerce specialist to help maximise the potential ofthis retail channel.
- You'll be responsible for all aspects of the online merchandising of more than 3,500 products sold.
- Maximising sales and visitor conversion across all channels (including Amazon) via effective site merchandising, content planning and detailed analysis.
- As the Online Merchandiser, you will ensure that all products, wherever they appear are accurate, up to date and categorised, with engaging content and imagery, ensuring that we create an online experience second to none for our customers, whilst maximisingconversion and sales.
For the right individual this is an excellent opportunity to use your existing experience in a larger role, having more influence in the overall direction of the company's ecommerce offering.
The company sells lovely products to a mid and upper mid market customer base, have an excellent reputation locally, and are looking for someone with real vision who can not only complete the tasks required with flair and entrepreneurial skill, but alsowho can contribute to the success of their web offerings by recommending improvements and contributing to the strategy moving forwards.
**This role is available as either based full time in one of the company’s Hertfordshire stores, or on a hybrid basis at the same location where for 1-2 days a week you can opt to work at home
