As Quality and Compliance Manager you'll manage activates in the automotive sector, ensuring internal and external quality (ISO) accreditations are maintained. **As part of your key responsibilities you'll: ** - Implement and maintain an effective quality management system - Ensure sites in the sector attain/retain their ISO certification status - Lead the regulatory elements of the "Management Review" process with the senior leadership team and manage any resulting action points and changes - Advise on regulatory compliance related issues as they arise - Work alongside site safety, operations and facilities departments to ensure appropriate processes are in place for storage, including temperature monitoring and control, stock management (quarantined and rejected stocks) as well as the withdrawal of product and service where applicable - Archive and maintain all quality and compliance documents in line with Unipart Group Policy, including client and legal requirements **About You: ** - Extensive experience of working in quality and compliance within the automotive industry - Strong understanding and experience of implementing and maintaining quality management systems - Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance - Ability to problem Solve with a particular eye for detail - Excellent team player with the ability to deliver clear communications and foster excellent working relationships with peers and senior management teams - Professional written and verbal communication skills with strong computer literacy skills with Google Applications Our recruitment and selection process has been developed to ensure that it is consistent, fair and provides equality of opportunity - all selection decisions are based solely on technical and behavioural competencies.
