Senior Project Manager - FM / PFI - Liverpool
Position Overview
We are looking to recruit a Facilities Project Manager to join an established team at a flagship Hospital contract in the Liverpool Area
You'll provide effective support to the site team and be a valuable link through to the SPV (Special Pupose Vehicle) by managing the projects on site these can typically range from £50k to £20m in value.
To take full project responsibility for the delivery of projects, reporting to the Account Manager / Regional Director as required
Take full ownership of the contract programme including design, procurement, construction, and handover to ensure delivery on time and within budget
**Responsibilities**:
Review survey reports and evaluate findings.
Take the lead with regards to site projects
Liaise with all relevant parties with regards to the site projects and control all element along with the SPV & Trust
Schedule out work packages and relating program as required.
Budgetary control over the projects through to close out
Manage the implementation of the survey or remedial works via FM partners, the construction consortium and/or External Consultants.
Close interface with the facilities / commercial teams as required
Assist as requested and relevant to all matters associated with the management of the Hospital PFI estate
**Requirements**:
Degree level qualification in a property discipline or significant experience
Procurement knowledge.
Planning and programming experience.
Good MS Excel understanding.
Knowledge and experience of H&S regulations.
Knowledge & Experience of PFI Estates, HTM & HBN
